You did an outstanding job!! The quality of the service professionals was excellent. And all were polite professional and competent. In addition all were fun and were kind. I am a disabled person so it meant a lot to me that they were also sensitive about my limitations... they made sure to clean up in a manner to insure my safety. The only negative thing I will report is I found it difficult to reach the adjusters as they changed often. Two were outstanding: Ed, the first one and Andres, the 2nd one.

I found serve pro to be very dishonest. They gave me a quote and did not stand behind it They told me that I would get a quote emailed to me every day that they worked there I never received anything They gave me a verbal quote then sent me a bill almost double the quote I believe what they did was extortion Very dishonest I would never use them again
