RecommendedServpro did a fantastic job cleaning my friend's house. Jeni May, the project manager, was amazing. She answered all of my questions, communications over the phone were great, and she came and did a final walk through. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful, as well. The servpro employees of Jake Michels, Danny and Kage were fantastic!! Very professional, prompt and friendly. I felt very comfortable the minute they walked in the door. They came out and gave us advise on how to take care of some mold on our own without having to file a claim or paying a lot of money to pay for it to be removed and then further gave us information about services needed to help with another issue we have been having and who to call for fair pricing
