Had my basement flood. Service was promptly completed as promised. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, the project manager, Jake Michels, worked wonders on my invoice. I am indebted to this company for doing such a good job at such a fantastic price and thoroughly explaining every step.

woke up this morning to water in the bsmt. More water than we ever had before. We called ServePro and they were out by 1.30pm cleaned and set fans and dehumidifiers out. We were advised by a contractor that we had a mold issue and should have it addressed before he started his work. We contacted Servpro and spoke with Chris O’Neil about our concerns. With in a day he came to our house assessed the situation and gave us a quote. We accepted the quote. The work was scheduled and completed on time as quoted. We were very satisfied with the crew and there level of professionalism. We would highly recommend ServPro.

They were prompt and very professional. They came in and went right to work cleaning the water damage. I was explained exactly what they were going to do and explained it all for me to understand. I will definitely be calling them again, if I ever have another problem.
