The fireplace in the middle of the living room made TV placement cumbersome, and despite being "luxury" they just seemed more like decent apartments and a fair price. Still, it was quiet at night, safe, and well run. I would and have recommended to friends and current tenants.

It's just a... (Verified Renter) It's just a friendly place to live. I feel safe and comfortable living along there. The only thing is the parking, too many restrictions on parking especially when you have family coming in from out of town (daughter/grand kids; other than that it's been a wonderful experience.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend Settler's Ridge over others simply because it's a very nice place to live. Beautiful and maintained, safe, and in an area that is easy to navigate. The only negative is the rent. However, I personally think it's worth it.
