Come to my domain I really love my apartments! The area is awesome and central to everything I need such as shopping and groceries. I don't have kids yet but schools are close, my fur baby though is welcomed with open arms!! The dog park is spacious and in an emergency, they would even take my pup to nearest vet. The office and maintenance crew are sweet and personable, I never have to worry about fixing stuff because they take care of everything. Settlers Ridge Settlers Ridge is pretty great! They are regularly very helpful. The complex is just far enough away from the city to not be a hassle.The staff is kind and considerate and open to hearing ideas of ways to use the facilities . The only drawbacks are that the gates sometimes break so you have a difficult time getting in/out but its usually not too big of a hassle. Then there is the workout facility not being 24/7. (only 5am-12am, so no running at 3am. The monsters.)

You Don't Need No Stinking Parking Space Of all the awesome things about this complex, the one main drag is the lack of parking spaces. If you can afford covered parking or a garage, this place is aces. If you can't and you come in late evening, be prepared to park in the back forty. Unless you live in Bldgs 3,4,& 6 this will be a MAJOR inconvenience.
Fine unless you like baths Do not be fooled by the virtual tour. This is the teeniest, tiniest bathtub I have ever seen in my life. Writing this review as a warning to fellow bathers - it is NOT a garden bath, do not sign a lease without seeing the actual unit in person!

I would not,... (Verified Renter) I would not, just because my apartment was not ready for occupants when I moved in. There are just so many issues with it that need to be fixed, many of them major.
The property management... (Verified Renter) The property management folks are great. My only issues with this apartment complex is lack of parking, and pool area. Last night I got home at 9:30pm, and could not find anywhere to park. I recommend that you give the tenants parking permits. Another problem is the pool area, since anyone can walk into it, due to no lock . I feel that people that hang out there are not tenants.
