There are entirely... (Verified Renter) There are entirely too many non-residents taking liberty at the pool area. Taking over the pool area. Wireless speakers are played too loud and not everyone likes Tejano music. The signs posted around the pool with pool rules need to be in Spanish as well as English. I speak to people at the pool who say they used to live there or know there is no security access to the pool area and that also causes parking issues around the pool and around building 1 and 2. This community is... (Verified Renter) This community is very livable. Quiet, friendly and I feel very safe.
The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason why I wouldn't recommend someone is due to high price of rent. I feel like residents who have stayed here for a number of years shouldn't have their rent raised every year. There should be an incentive for the residents who have been here for over 3 years.

Great place to stay Settler's Ridge apartments has been a great place to stay with little to no complaints. The best part is, their quick and professional response to service requests. Most of the features such as paying rent and submitting service requests are online, which saves a bunch of time. They have spacious floor plans and closets for reasonable rent. However, the business center could be upgraded to include better computers and printers.
