There should be... (Verified Renter) There should be 1 assigned parking space in front of each building per apt. Many tenants work nights or second jobs. It isnt right they have to park in street of neighborhood after work. Not safe for single women tenants.

It's too hard... (Verified Renter) It's too hard to find parking lot after 9:00 pm even if you have parking sticker specially on weekends that was the only thing that I don't liked

Great apartment floor... (Verified Renter) Great apartment floor plan and good rent rates, but the parking issues and adjacency to fire department drop it down a bit.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because it's a great place to live, the apartments are beautiful and I never really had any problems. I might not recommend for someone on a tighter budget and I would mention that a person is unlikely to get much back on their deposit.
