RecommendedI had a dead furnace. It wouldn't fire and the house was cold. Danger time. On short notice, service tech Faxin came out, spent over two hours and got it going. He went above and beyond locating the problem, made sure it was now running safely, and was the most professional in-home service tech I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With the results and such a great company representative, I cannot recommend Shafer Heating any higher. Simply, outstanding!
