RecommendedShafer has just replaced our old A/C and oil furnace with a new heat pump, UV light and purification system, a humidifier, and partial ductwork replacement. We also had our remaining ductwork cleaned. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with, including Jacob, who did our initial assessment, to installer Johny and his crew, and Lance and the duct cleaning crew. I recently had a geo thermal system installed as well as a duct cleaning, UV light, and Humidifier. The customer service was excellent. Johny was our lead and did an awesome job throughout the process to make sure the job was done. Cody and Tyler also came in to help throughout the job. Late night emergency service call. From the first initial phone call I was happy with the fact they answered the phone call promptly(hard to get these days). She was so kind and willing to help get someone out to service our needs. I felt so guilty pulling someone out to do a late night emergency call she assured me they were happy to help!
