I was completely flabbergasted with my situation and Wayne Mills got me squared away and straightened me out, quick, fast and in a hurry. This guy took the time to patiently help out this crotchety old timer; genuine professionals and business!
They call for an appointment and then text and call with a sophisticated customer service system then just don’t even show up. Then after appointment window they call and say they had employees call off so it will be another day. They pick the date then just don’t show. You wait all day and even get a text of the background clearance of a guy that called off for the day. Don’t join their club as this is how you get treated.

the quality of there service is horrible. From the receptionist to the workers. it shouldn't take 4 phone calls to set up 1 appointment. I shouldn't be left with a pipe crooked coming out of my house. Then to have another guy come out and tell me that's a he can do. No it was straight before and I want it straight Now!
