RecommendedWe found ourselves needing to get a new furnace. We had a technician out on Friday. He quickly found the issue and, after checking, determined the parts were no longer available. He set us up to have someone out on Monday to determine what we would need and to give us a price and time estimate. The new furnace was installed the next day. RecommendedShafer Heating and Cooling performed outstanding service. The staff was so polite and kind. They were very easy to work with and were excellent in communication. We have a historic house which presented unique challenges, but the staff was willing to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
