We had Chad come out to do an inspection of a home that a client was buying and I cannot say enough about the professionalism he showed! As Realtors it is hard to find contractors who always give an honest opinion without trying to scare or sell you ..... Chad was honest and didn’t try to up sell! He gave a lot of great information in a very honest way ...... will definitely be calling again and will HIGHLY recommend!

I was very pleased with the entire experience with Shake Guys. From the initial visit to determine what needed to be done to the actual installation, the entire process was conducted with professionalism and quality workmanship. Our Shake Guys representative, Ryan, worked with our insurance company to coordinate the installation and as a result, our participation was minimal. Our roof looks great, and we are glad that we selected Shake Guys to perform our roof replacement.

My experience with customer service representative Serey was outstanding to say the least. I was calling about concerns I had with my current Ceder roof condition and was looking for an unbiased help and I can’t express enough on that’s just what I got. The person listened intensely to my concerns and offered extensive knowledge regarding Ceder shingles and proper installation etc. She went far beyond my expectations. I can say that her company is very fortunate to have someone so passionate and knowable about Ceder Shingles. Unfortunately the downside to Shake Guys is they don’t offer their services in the state of Hawaii, if they did although I would with out any hesitation hire them to do any kind of Ceder shingle work on my home.

Other than it being a bit louder than explained (I realize now this can't be helped but I was told it wouldn't be noisy) the work was exceptional and professional. Never did I have to wait to hear back from someone. The roof was done in exactly the time they said, the clean up afterwards was flawless (even put patio furniture and cushions back in place) and the roof is beautiful. Highly recommend!

After several poor experiences with multiple roofing companies, Chad came to my home, inspected my roof, made some caulking repairs and offered recommendations on my asphalt roof.... Tremendous experience. The Shake Guys replaced our cedar shake roof with DaVinci composite. Chris Paulus was our main contact and he was professional, courteous, responsive and honest. We had issues with a prior roofer and had to change course part way through the project. The Shake Guys took over and put all of our concerns to rest. I canâ t say enough positive things about this company and the way they conduct business. The crew handled our roof in five days. They worked extremely hard and long hours. The crew genuinely like each other and had fun while they were working. There was a job supervisor on hand to address any questions or issues throughout the job. In addition, Chris Paulus and other personnel would regularly stop by to survey the job progress and lend another set of eyes on the project. It gave us great comfort that so many roofing professionals were checking in on our job. The clean up at the end of each day was exceptional. The Shake Guys use a trailer to remove debris, so you donâ t have a dumpster sitting in front of your house- a nice touch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair. Absolutely top notch and a really pleasant experience.
