We had a good experience with ShakeGuys. Our salesperson Chad showed up to communicate the hailstorm damage to our insurance adjuster which was helpful. Some of the communication was inefficient and confusing leading up to the job getting done, but once the project started, it was very smooth. Sal was a solid project manager who provided clear and timely updates. I really trusted him to be detailed, and the roof looks awesome.

I recently had my roof replaced by the ShakeGuys, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. As with others, I also worked with Josh Laz to scope the project and work with the wonderful insurance company. Shake Guys provided great service replacing our cedar roof that had suffered major damage from a hailstorm. Josh Laz worked directly with the insurance company's adjuster to ensure that the replacement cost would be fully covered. Julio and all of the contractors doing the work were very professional and did a great job. The house looks great, and Shake Guys did a great job. Thanks!

Sal Arellano from Shake Guys was the supervisor on a re-roof project on our house in Lake Forest. The entire project was very well done and Sal was a wonderful guy to work with. He was communicative, professional and highly responsive. We would use Sal and Shake Guys again in a heartbeat.
