I've been working with SGs since we moved to the area 13 years ago. Always professional, always reasonable and always quality work. Recently, I had SGs address a water issue. I mistakenly thought it was due to my gutters. Then I thought it was a siding issue. After several other contractors came and went, I finally came to my senses and called SGs. After checking out a few roofers, we chose Shake Guys. And we were so happy with our choice. Max and Tyler were super helpful in setting everything up. They would immediately return calls with any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better crew . Alex went out of his way to make sure everything was protected. All four of the guys were very friendly and you could tell they took great pride in their work. I would highly recommend Shake Guys for repairs on your roof or replacing your roof. Sharon

I had a great experience with Chad, Josh F, and Todd for my roof replacement. I initially called about an interior leak. Chad came out for an inspection and quickly noticed major damage from a fall hail storm. He was excellent at walking me through the process, helping with insurance, and keeping me updated during the entire process. After a storm, we asked Cedar roofing, our traditional roofer to come and take a look to see if we had an insurance claim. They gave it a quick once over and said we didn’t have sufficient damage. Couple days later Max McCaulley banged on our door and said I’m from Shake Guys and I believe you have enough damage for an insurance claim. Josh F. project managed our new roof. He was awesome! He kept an eye on quality of workmanship and where he wasn't happy he had the team come out again to fix it. I like that he has high standards and is particular of the workmanship of this projects. Communication was very easy and he explained everything to us ahead of time on what to expect and he was always very prompt to reply via text with any questions we had throughout the project.
