We used the Shake Guys to replace our cedar shakes and Max McCaullay was our consultant/ advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable and astute in identifying areas of damage that would lead to further issues on the roof. He is very thorough and experienced in this industry and handling cases that are referred to insurance. Absolutely Stunning! We had our cedar roof removed and replaced with cedar shakes, copper trim and new gutters by the Shake Guys this month ( April 2026) and the experience couldn't have gone better. From the salesman, Max, to the Project Manager, Josh, Sal and his entire team of roofers the entire experience was perfect. Shake Guys replaced my roof and overall the quality of the work was good—the finished roof looks great and I’m satisfied with the final result. 👍 That said, communication throughout the project was confusing. I interacted with multiple people on their team (project manager, delivery manager, job site manager, etc.), and several updates never reached me because they repeatedly used the wrong email address—even after I pointed it out multiple times over the course of a year. We worked with Max for our repair for our wood shaker roof and we were very happy with both Max and his service and Shake Guys. Max was very good with following up with me when we had questions and keeping us updated on timing for the repairs. We have worked with Shake Guys twice and found this company to be very professional.

I thought we were going to need an entire new roof. I called the Shake Guys and they came out and did an amazing job repairing and extending the life of our current roof. They were excellent to work with, very responsive and professional.

I've been working with SGs since we moved to the area 13 years ago. Always professional, always reasonable and always quality work. Recently, I had SGs address a water issue. I mistakenly thought it was due to my gutters. Then I thought it was a siding issue. After several other contractors came and went, I finally came to my senses and called SGs. After checking out a few roofers, we chose Shake Guys. And we were so happy with our choice. Max and Tyler were super helpful in setting everything up. They would immediately return calls with any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better crew . Alex went out of his way to make sure everything was protected.
