I went to Dr. Lipner because my fingernails have been peeling/splitting

Dr. Lipner and her staff were really kind, patient, understanding. They made scheduling really easy and went out of their way to explain the procedure and prepare me. The procedure itself was painless and the team has been great in terms of explaining and communicating during post-operative care.
Linshan, Plantus condition that is rare and most dermatologist. Do not have the expertise to treat it. Talk to Lipner has been the only Doctor Who has been able to provide treatment to my condition that has been effective.
