There was multiple instances of miscommunication between members of the Mutual of Omaha team that resulted in things needing to be redone. For instance, I was advised that the simplest way to handle a gift for a down payment was to have it wired from the lifter to title, only to be told just before closing that I needed to have funds in my account.
