Been a customer for years. Bill is $75 a month and the offer it to new customers for $47.50 but because I’m a loyal customer and always pay my bill I don’t get the discount. Make since. I’ll be cancelling and using starlink for $50 a month for the same service.
Shawnee communications provided little to no communication. The entire area has been out for 3 days. Now I just noticed they got online, didn’t post an update and turned off the comment section. I will absolutely be terminating my contract with you. This is no way to treat customers.
Service in the country is not reliable, continuous problems, slow wifi
internet is unreliable at times, and if you aren't willing to put but with an annually scheduled outage that lasts for days, probably not for you. also, they throttle out internet speed and they think it's fcking hilarious.
