I love the service but wish they would bundle a tv service with it.
Business response:
We have kicked the tires on television service for several years and we keep coming back the same issue: the cost of the equipment to provide television service and the amount that programmers want for their video content is just too high. If we went down that path, we believe it would be very difficult to offer the service at a competitive price. We do have a video product in Lovington, but it's not a high definition service and was already in place when we bought that company a few years ago.

Long time customer.Very responsive to outages. They were going to restore service on a Sunday during a recent outage after a lightning strike, but I told them I would be glad to wait until Monday. :-)
