Long time customer.Very responsive to outages. They were going to restore service on a Sunday during a recent outage after a lightning strike, but I told them I would be glad to wait until Monday. :-)
I will give Shawnee 5 stars! Even tho I have to have phone line to have interent service it is still cheeper than most of my friends and its unlimited! Most of my friends that live in the bigger towns always complain about their interent service being down ...In all the years I have had interent service I can only remember a couple times when its been down and it was fixed quickly!
