This company is a joke has promised us interest for 5 years. I get mail from them atleast once a month telling me to sign up. All they do is put me on a list. They have received government funding to provide me with internet. 1 1/2 years later still nothing. Shawnee Communications PM if you would like.

Hi Larry. In 2020, we received three Connect Illinois grants for fiber deployment: Mitchellsville/Rudement, Goreville/western portion of LOE and Buncombe/West Vienna. Supposed to have had my Internet in by the end of August as of yet I have not seen anything and I am getting very disgusting because we can’t get it I am thinking about trying to find other sources of Internet if they don’t get on the ball

This Monopoly needs busted. Openly selling your meta data to the highest bidder. Shawneelink was founded by and only improves with the funding it gets from DC. Yesterday Shawneelink got the majority of a 120 million 'grant' handout from Washington. Which ultimately equals higher prices and less internet transparency.
