"Excellent Customer Experience with Mike Gallassso Jr." I had a wonderful experience at Sheridan Nissan in DE. Michael Galasso Jr., Provided professional and courteous customer service when my Nissan Xterra had a few code issues. He was kind and polite during the whole experience and I remain grateful to him. I can highly recommend this dealership to my friends in the future because of this employee.
"Oil change" Everyone is very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. They set up my first oil change and sent me a reminder so I wouldn't forget. No one was pushy or overbearing to make a sale which was nice... I was able to take my time and choose wisely. Thank you! My first oil change was done quickly and explained everything to me when it was done. Thank you!
