Embarrassed. I have bought 3 cars from Sheridan Nissan over the last 15 years. I brought a friend to Sheridan Nissan. He spoke with a Pedro. He wants to buy a luxury suv. Ready to spend the big bucks. However the vehicle shown as a new vehicle was scratched and damaged. The salesman said we can fix it and it will be like new. Ha ha, New is new, not like new. My 2016 Murano was in for an oil change and tire rotation on 4/19/2023. I did not mention that the right front driver side tire has a slow leak. The oil was (supposedly" changed and tires "rotated" and I was charged for both. I was advised the cabin air filter needed to be changed but was not shown the old filter - I declined the change. My key was repaired incorrectly. Every time you go there - they find 10000 worth of repair that is needed for your car (and I go on a regular bases). I am waiting for someone to get back to me about the key. When Nissan has a recall - they try to talk you out of performing that service. Maybe Nissan does not pay them enough at the dealership to do the repair. Smh
The used car salesman & the used car manager are 2 of the best I have ever dealt with. Service department is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They continue to charge for them to look for problems with your car or truck but Never fix the issue. Customer loyalty and customer service doesn't mean a dang thing to them !!

I brought a book, but couldn't read it because of the laughing and screaming coming from the TV. Not a pleasant experience. "I've been bringing my car in for oil changes for 2 1/2..." I've been bringing my car in for oil changes for 2 1/2 years. My boyfriend has been bringing my car in for me. Last oil change I picked up my car. Wasn't aware you needed photo id to use a credit card. Cashier was so rude. Accidentally left my license home. Had another I'd with my picture. She wouldn't accept it. Asked if she could ask a manager. He said it was ok and he also asked her why she was being rude.
"First of all I didn't get a follow-up from the last visit..." First of all I didn't get a follow-up from the last visit about an oil mark on the inside pillar on the drivers side of my interior. This visit they said I needed a new cabin air filter and had that replaced two visits ago or did they? Not sure I can trust that the work in being performed.
