I was sold a third party warranty which I wasn’t informed of at the time as I thought it was through Nissan. When I needed to utilize the warranty for repairs, they refused to honor it & I was forced to pay out of pocket because they couldn’t get the warranty company to reimburse me. I was then given a prorated amount of my warranty back but I would have preferred to have the piece of mind of my warranty that I thought I purchased. I was treated rudely & they refused to discuss the matter. Very bad customer service.

Additionally, and cancelled VSC is based on a pro rated amount due to time and mileage. These are not exclusive policies of Sheridan or CNA, they are across the industry. Went multiple times for same issue, say they see no issue and can’t fix it. No stars
Embarrassed. I have bought 3 cars from Sheridan Nissan over the last 15 years. I brought a friend to Sheridan Nissan. He spoke with a Pedro. He wants to buy a luxury suv. Ready to spend the big bucks. However the vehicle shown as a new vehicle was scratched and damaged. The salesman said we can fix it and it will be like new. Ha ha, New is new, not like new. My 2016 Murano was in for an oil change and tire rotation on 4/19/2023. I did not mention that the right front driver side tire has a slow leak. The oil was (supposedly" changed and tires "rotated" and I was charged for both. I was advised the cabin air filter needed to be changed but was not shown the old filter - I declined the change. My key was repaired incorrectly. Every time you go there - they find 10000 worth of repair that is needed for your car (and I go on a regular bases). I am waiting for someone to get back to me about the key. When Nissan has a recall - they try to talk you out of performing that service. Maybe Nissan does not pay them enough at the dealership to do the repair. Smh
The used car salesman & the used car manager are 2 of the best I have ever dealt with. Service department is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They continue to charge for them to look for problems with your car or truck but Never fix the issue. Customer loyalty and customer service doesn't mean a dang thing to them !!
