I was happy with my recent visit. Meagan went through everything with me and my car was taken into the shop where they confirmed the problem of my driver seat wouldn't go down with the control. Meagan advised me that the motor for the seat needed to be replaced and that they didn't have this motor in stock and would have to be ordered from Toronto. Megan always hits a home run, what more can I say? The Service Dept at Sherwood Kia is an A1 team - which keeps us coming back.
First after-purchase service we had, and we had to have our winter tires installed. As usual, the greeting from the receptionist was one full of smiles and making you feel welcome. We were also met by another lady who basically hand-held us through the process, and again with a smile. She took us to the parts counter, where the agent was very helpful. I had an intermittent problem with the steering on my 2016 Sorento which involved the car wandering and sometimes also a notching effect. The day I took the car in the notching was not occurring, but the service department test drove the car before and after an alignment and it is fine now. I was also told to let them know if the notching returned, so I was happy about that.
I am usually very pleased with the service at Sherwood Kia and this last service was good as always

The Sales Manager and salesman were attentive to our needs and the finance manager was helpful in answering any of our questions. They were on time when we visited the dealership and promptly answered all emails. Thanks to Kiatt and Scott.
