I liked that the service dept. was right on time to fix my vehicle. I would have preferred to have spent the time at home rather than waiting in a rather cold looking waiting room but I was told that the courtesy driver was busy. As it was it took longer than the girl said it would to put the tires on. I also found out later that I could have purchased tires elsewhere for much cheaper than they were on sale for at the dealership.
Sherwood Kia is the best! Not only did you beat other places' prices for service, you were thorough, professional, kind, and efficient, and you even washed the car! Colour us happy.

When I took my vehicle in for an oil change it was very easy. I just drove up to the Sherwood Park location and drove right in to their vehicle drop off bay and they took care of the rest. They did a vehicle search to check for any recalls or upgrades that needed to be done . I got myself a hot chocolate using their hot beverage machine then waited in their customer waiting area which has a large screen TV , newspapers and free wi-first. My vehicle was ready in about an hour .
Pretty typical for this service team. Book, show up, pick up. Very professional and customer oriented
