Service rep (Meagen) was very attentive and helpful. I was dealt with right away, issue dicusssed and vehicle taken into service bay within 10 minutes.
Service staff are always friendly and helpful! Communication is excellent! Maegan was great!!
As always, when I come in for a service appointment the staff greet me with friendly, efficient service. It is great to drive in to a clean, dry area and be waited on immediately. My appointments have always been a positive experience. The staff go over what is being done and the approximate cost as well as giving an idea of the time that will be required to complete the servicing, all of which are greatly appreciated. Our Soul was in for scheduled service and it was completed on time with no problems. Staff was very friendly and helpful, as usual.
over all it was a good experience. The first time I went in I was with my brother and they would talk to him instead of me. Which kind of annoyed me. That was with Ameen and Kiat But for the most part they were very nice and helpful and not pushy at all. The second time I went in I met Dawn and she was wonderful. Even though I told her I was already dealing with Ameen she continued to help she was not pushy and super helpful. From our arrival to departure we were treated with excellent service throughout during our visit. Our service on our vehicle was carried on very efficiently and on time. We had Megan handle our needs very well, such a nice young person, hang on to her.
