Work done on service 2 seemed to be well executed. I did notice however that morale among staff appeared to be "low". On my first visit, the opposite was true where everyone worked as a team and appeared to all be working very well together. In my second visit, this past week, I was kept waiting in the longue area while my vehicle sat outside for approximately 30 minutes or more. Meagan Woods promptly entered my service for that day along with an estimate. She later updated me about a problem the service tech discovered and then said she had to order a part and will call to re-schedule. As usual, she handled everything professionally and always demonstrates a vast knowledge of everything related to the Kia Service Department.Ā
