I have no problem with the Wonderful People that work at Kia , but I have a Huge problem with your Service costs ! I’m really an easy Person to please but your costs are getting too much for me . Mind you the Servicing of my Vehicle is top notch , no complaints there at all . It’s the price ! Also today I was there & instead of being able to pay in the warmth of the inside , you have changed it to having to pay in the parking area ! Excellent service.
Sherwood Kia has amazing staff and go out of there way to accommodate. Thursday I brought in sportage with low leak in front tire, was informed I would need a new one and Friday afternoon they put a new one on with a fantastic deal on a new tire.
We are satisfied with service
Work to be done was explained and started. My wait time was exactly what I was quoted.
