Sherwood Kia has amazing staff and go out of there way to accommodate. Thursday I brought in sportage with low leak in front tire, was informed I would need a new one and Friday afternoon they put a new one on with a fantastic deal on a new tire.

The service is great. I was going on a long trip and they wanted me to be safe. They kept the van a little longer and made sure I had a rental car to help me through the night. Megan was my service provider.

Chris called and asked if I could bring my Sorento in for remote starter a day early since space opened up. Always cheerful and knowledgeable about my vehicle history. The entire service bay is always happy and willing to assist. Had to take a scuttle ride with Bill to downtown Edmonton and also return. Wonderful man, very alert driver, felt at ease and had a great conversation. Upon picking up my vehicle, Chris had all the time for me and explaining the remote starter. Never felt rushed to get on my way.
