Dealing with Sherwood Kia for my preowned suv has been an awesome experience! The entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, but one sales person in particular made all the difference for me. Dayna Gerling had helped me at the dealership and is the reason I purchased my vehicle I would absolutely recommend Sherwood Kia to anyone and everyone and I would definitely mention Dayna’s name to be the associate to deal with!! Check in was (and always is) fast and friendly. The advisor told me how long it would take and even after I voiced concern over how much time it would take due to a recall she ensured me my car would be done before I had to be at work and it was (even a bit earlier!). I love Sherwood Kia and happily drive the 30min to get there when there is another dealership 5 minutes from my house.
thought that we would of heard from you about the delivery of our car some time to-day Renaye Parish did a great job. Her manager not so much..if he would of been our sales person we would of walked away from the deal. Kiatt Sona worked very hard to get us the best deal he could. All in all we are happy as this was our second Kia that we have bought from that Kia dealership.

Our salesman Dominik Bradley-Athinson was very helpful in all respects. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Kim the sales manager and Alex in finance were both very helpful in explaining all the details.
