I recently required warranty work on my Sorento. I was told the appointment would take approximately 1.5-2hrs and that’s exactly how long the work took! Extremely happy that I was able to continue on with the rest of my day as scheduled.

Took our Sedona van in for the Pro Pack Inspection and a great job was completed.
Service guys very friendly and engaging when I arrived. Work completed on time and service report was explained thoroughly. No pressure department and seemed to be great rapport between employees in the dealership.
I was happy to see that Megan was the advisor who was at the station to greet me. I was in for a level 1 service but had other issue while travelling. Both Megan and Tanya did an initial check to ascertain what the problems may be. I elected to stay in the waiting room because I was not sure what would be found. Megan came and explained what needed to be done and made sure I understood. She came again with an update and an estimated time for completion. This was a great help.
