My last visit was a follow up to having tires torqued. One comment I have is a 15$ charge to change a 1.95 bulb seems excessive. Staff is always friendly
Went in to have a routine oil change on my 2011 Sorento and noticed my drivers side rear deflector on the bumper was broken, so I asked to have it replaced. The service advisor Amy found out that they had the part in stock and would be able to do the work right after the oil change. She quoted a price for the labour. After the job was done Amy advised that they reduced the hourly rate for me, saving me about $50, due to the fact that I always have service done on my Sorento here. I was very pleased.
The service part was great but the shuttle was a disappointment
Always happy with service at the dealership. Little mis understanding on pick up time but Meghan worked quickly to rectify situation. Waiting for taillights to arrive and will schedule appointment for that work to be performed. .
I really appreciated the man who dealt with me when I brought my car in for service. He was informative and personable. He didn’t just make small talk, he listened to me and we had a good conversation together. His name is Christopher Steele at Sherwood Kia. I was also concerned about the carpet cleaner behind the driver seat in case if a serviceman adjusted the seat back. He immediately got someone to move the carpet cleaner to the other side.

Back log from day before caused long wait for me but this was okay because I get a very good mechanical service that I know my vehicle is safe to drive 1 mile or 4000.I thank all people in Kia for their professional care of my car and me.
During my wait I was informed several times of the progress of my Sorentos maintenance. Also, a leak was detected from my passenger side rear shock and Megan informed me that warranty covers it and the part has been ordered. Overall I am very pleased with the service at Sherwood KIA 😁
Although generally excellent (4-5 star), the last service visit really left us wanting. We arrived just before our appointment time and then stood around waiting (the only vehicle in the service advisor bay) for close to 40 minutes before being helped. That particular advisor seemed to be on a personal call for that time and ignored us. We were then told that we were late for our appointment and would have to wait to see when they could get our vehicle in.
