Meagan was fantastic at getting me set up for my appointment quickly so I could get to work on time. She told me my vehicle should be finished around 4 and was right on the money-she called me at 3:58pm and went through what was done and the results. No problems were found.

Always top notch care and service
Customer service was good but they didn't completely solve the issue. I did thought at first that they had fixed the issue. It wasn't till later that day that the noise was still there. Will be getting them to look at it when i go back in.
Everything went smoothly and on time. Staff was friendly as usual.
As always staff (Meghan Woods) were friendly and efficient. Service to be done was fully explained as was the related cost and time allotted. I had indicated when I called to make the appt. that I would need to have my vehicle back by 2 p.m. in order to make another appointment. I arrived back at the service dept. before 1:30 and was on my way well before 2:00. As always my dealings with Sherwood Kia have been positive and I would recommend them to anyone.
I recently required warranty work on my Sorento. I was told the appointment would take approximately 1.5-2hrs and that’s exactly how long the work took! Extremely happy that I was able to continue on with the rest of my day as scheduled.
Great. Came in early and got looked after right away.
