The appointment time I requested and a phone estimate and the service performed were all done seamlessly with the help of Meagan (The service advisor). Very satisfied with Sherwood Kia.
Brought in our Kia Sorento for a Service 1 (Oil Change, etc) to Sherwood Kia. Our Service Advisor, Amy, was professional, very knowledgeable and informative and friendly. I also stopped by the Parts Department and purchased a Cargo Liner. Colton and Brandon were very professional, efficient and helpful and even placed the liner in my vehicle for me. I really appreciate the fantastic service we receive at Sherwood Kia!

Found Amy ( service advisor) a pleasure to work with. She was attentive to my needs and went out of her way to see that my first experience with your service department was seamless. The service tech that worked on my Sportage was also friendly, honest, and approachable, a rare quality when dealing with the service industry. I will say that because of those 2 employees you now have a new happy service customer.
