Love the car its great but they forgot to do a out of province inspection and it took me 3 days to finally talk to someone. Brought it in on Sunday came in Monday night . They couldn’t locate my car . After a bit they found it . All the headache could of been avoided if they did the out of province inspection before they sold the car . Its not like I live in Sherwood Park or Edmonton I live in Vegreville an hour away .
Everything was good except the free wash job was not that great. The back of the Sorento was not very clean. I realize it was free but you are asking for feedback.

The service is always wonderful at kia Sherwood. Megan always takes great care of me. My vehicle is doing great because how well the service technicians do their job. I will always take my vehicles there. Ivan the service manager was how I got started. He was very kind and I felt great trust. Tanya is always a pleasure too.

The appointment time I requested and a phone estimate and the service performed were all done seamlessly with the help of Meagan (The service advisor). Very satisfied with Sherwood Kia.
Brought in our Kia Sorento for a Service 1 (Oil Change, etc) to Sherwood Kia. Our Service Advisor, Amy, was professional, very knowledgeable and informative and friendly. I also stopped by the Parts Department and purchased a Cargo Liner. Colton and Brandon were very professional, efficient and helpful and even placed the liner in my vehicle for me. I really appreciate the fantastic service we receive at Sherwood Kia!
