Appt finished 15 mins before the 3 hr window Greeted nicely and once car was finished the man sat down beside me and ran over items that’s where done etc Nice waiting area plus my car was washed

My car quit about a block from the dealership and I was forced to leave it there on a sat night knowing it wouldn't be looked at until at least Monday. I went in Sunday to let them know and front desk was awesome. So polite and kind. And a sales guy came out to check and see if it was an easy fix.. he knew what was wrong but no easy fix. Everyone kept me well informed of what they were doing and the costs.
