You did what you needed to do to accommodate my time factor. You paid for a cab so I would not miss an appointment I needed to attend. Service manager did that for me and I am appreciative. I just made my appointment. Also a nice touch getting a barbeque accessory kit.

Customer service is always great! My appointment ran later than I was initially told, this is generally what happens to me. Supposed to rotate my tires but apparently couldn't find the key to take them off. I didn't get told this until the end of my appointment.

It was a pleasant change. We were given the time and privacy needed to make an informed decision. Scott was most helpful and truthful, a trait seldom seen in the business. Manager Kim was professional and honest bending over backwards to make us happy. The vehicle was ready as promised for the price promised, without the high pressure sales for upgrades.
My vehicle was taken in upon arrival for a seasonal tire change, put through the car wash and returned shortly thereafter. The staff are friendly and well trained. Always a good experience.
