My experience this time was good, Meagan Woods was the service writer, and explained what was needed, told me the waiting time which was beat, she even serviced me coffee and got me a free carwash, Thanks Cor Rodenburg.
Friendly courteous staff, prompt check in and explanation of work done upon pick up. Really like the pre pick up payment option.

I arrived a bit earlier than my appointment and was greeted and had my car taken into the que right away. The staff as always were very attentive and my car was ready within the hour.
I brought my 2010 Kia Soul in for its scheduled service and was lucky enough to be under the customer care of Tanya! She knows in advance what my vehicle is due for and is able to break down the process in detail and with genuine kindness.
