I arrived a bit earlier than my appointment and was greeted and had my car taken into the que right away. The staff as always were very attentive and my car was ready within the hour.
I brought my 2010 Kia Soul in for its scheduled service and was lucky enough to be under the customer care of Tanya! She knows in advance what my vehicle is due for and is able to break down the process in detail and with genuine kindness. If I was at another dealership, I probably would have taken my car for a second opinion after receiving my appraisal and estimate of costs. I was definitely not expecting the bad news. However, because of my positive experience and trust inTanya Sherban, I was confident that the findings were were well-founded and that I should give the go-ahead for the work to proceed.
