Bruce was very friendly & helpful and was able to answer all our questions and the stuff he didn't know he found out for us. Kim the manager was great also. At pickup time the car was not ready to our satisfaction so we had to wait for it. But once we pointed out the flaws it was looked after promptly. The financial section should not try to sell the add ons so aggressively though.

Excellent. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, up to picking up my vehicle. Ivan is very knowledgeable, and most of all, didn't treat me like an old woman that doesn't know anything about cars (I say this, because I got that treatment). The waiting area is very nice and comfortable, coffee is great!! I am a smoker, so, if you can have some sort of a shelter it would be great:) All in all, your service department is where I'll bring my car.
