The staff was exceptional ... the work was done superbly.
I worked with Tanya to resolve the issue with my paint, Tanya told me how long it would take and it was done on time. Tanya is a pleasure to deal with!
They had me in and out in an hour. The personnel at the Service Desk are always friendly and professional.
Everyone is always polite and helpful. Work is completed when they say it will be. I especially like the complimentary car wash!
Very good no hassle deal. When speaker was bad I was offered a repair. Good follow up.

Megan was friendly and helpful. Missed Tanya's smile and positive attitude at the desk! As great a dealership as you are.....I already filled out one survey. I HATE being annoyed by the constant emails from Sherwood Kia to fill in another survey. If I wanted to fill out another survey I would have done it the first time I was asked. I only did it this time to try and put a STOP to the barrage of emails. PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST FROM THIS PRACTICE!
