They had me in and out in an hour. The personnel at the Service Desk are always friendly and professional.
Everyone is always polite and helpful. Work is completed when they say it will be. I especially like the complimentary car wash!
Very good no hassle deal. When speaker was bad I was offered a repair. Good follow up.

Megan was friendly and helpful. Missed Tanya's smile and positive attitude at the desk! As great a dealership as you are.....I already filled out one survey. I HATE being annoyed by the constant emails from Sherwood Kia to fill in another survey. If I wanted to fill out another survey I would have done it the first time I was asked. I only did it this time to try and put a STOP to the barrage of emails. PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST FROM THIS PRACTICE!

Went well, no issues
Bruce was very friendly & helpful and was able to answer all our questions and the stuff he didn't know he found out for us. Kim the manager was great also. At pickup time the car was not ready to our satisfaction so we had to wait for it. But once we pointed out the flaws it was looked after promptly. The financial section should not try to sell the add ons so aggressively though.
