Had a complete car care package done yesterday, with tire swap and oil change. Paperwork says my lights are all good but today I noticed my front driver headlight is out, why was that missed? Also, I was disappointed to not have a complimentary car wash, are you not doing that anymore?

Sherwood kia service was wonderful So helpful and helped fix our problem. Disappointed with kia canada as we had to have 2 tows and 2 visits at the garage Plus we were stuck a long ways from our phone as this car was unsafe to drive We are seniors and had this vehicle Kia rondo for 10 years always taking it to Kia at Sherwood park for service every 6 months and followed the guidelines I don’t think an engine should go under that situation and it has about 120000 And it was quite an expense to replace it Again sherwood Ki... read more
