I brought our used Kia soul into the dealership after the one where we purchased it couldn’t repair it. Laurence took the information and pointed out what the problem might be. Heard a grinding noise when turning had to get a new ball joint and arm! Lawrence explained everything to me and told them to go ahead. He ordered locally! Very please with him, you should be very proud of him! He’s an asset to Kia - Sherwood Park Kia! And Tanya helped me also - she fantastic- and knows her job, always with a smile! It was good to have the key work again. However they did not ask me to bring in both keys so I still only have one key that works!

Rob in service was wonderful and courteous. It was an inconvenience for Kia to not have towing, shuttle or loaner services which caused me issues but that was not a shortfall of the service staff.
