Rob in service was wonderful and courteous. It was an inconvenience for Kia to not have towing, shuttle or loaner services which caused me issues but that was not a shortfall of the service staff.

This review is on my 3rd oil change experience! My intake service man Rob was fantastic. Kia could not ask for a better front man for the face of the company. My dissatisfaction with this visit is the same as the first Two oil change visits. I made my appointment, waited one hour and fifty minutes in the Kia lounge for the job to be done. Very frustrating waiting that long, knowing and oil change is a 20 minute job at tops.
