This review is on my 3rd oil change experience! My intake service man Rob was fantastic. Kia could not ask for a better front man for the face of the company. My dissatisfaction with this visit is the same as the first Two oil change visits. I made my appointment, waited one hour and fifty minutes in the Kia lounge for the job to be done. Very frustrating waiting that long, knowing and oil change is a 20 minute job at tops. Experience was good, dropped my vehicle for a recall repair, the guy who checked me in was very pleasant. I sat and waited till finished.
