Took my 2014 Kia Sportage and for a recall.But the service person male that I was dealing withm He was having a really hard time with his concentration, asked him several times about several things. Some of the things were not resolved but I just left.Ā

I needed my old engine removed and replaced by a new one. It was done in just two weeks (engine had to be shipped from Toronto to Edmonton) Perfect job, and perfect timing š and for a very reasonable price. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars - is that towards the end - a little upsell was implied. I was informed by the Service Rep (Lawrence) that I needed my front and rear brakes replaced for an additional cost of over $1,000. I had the brakes replaced 4 months earlier.
