The service was good. My advisor kept me informed. The snafu with the rental wasn't so good. You would be better off with courtesy cars

I have been taking our vehicles there since 2010 and have always been happy with our service. I have made contact through the phone with the service manager about problems and has answered promptly and without hesitation. On my last visit, Val provided excellent service and went through thoroughly what needs to be done with my vehicle. I will continue to use Sherwood Kia service department for years to come
