Sheldon was the person who looked after us. He was great to work with. He explained everything very nicely and listened when I spoke to him. He took the time to do a full low up call with more information about the vehicle in question. I would be very grateful to have Sheldon help me in the future

Because of my previous experience with Kia Sherwood Park, I was very hesitant to bring my car back. The customer service manager, Tanya listened to my previous complaints and assured me that she would over see the service when I brought it in. And that she did.
