Valerie and the team at Sherwood Kia are amazing as always. They are thorough and take great care of my car from the day I bought it. Valerie is exceptional! Laurie was amazing! I live an hour away, I thought my appointment was for a service AND recalls but when I arrived, I was told it was only for the recalls. Laurie went above and beyond, she was able to have the service done on my car at this appointment as well which made me very happy to not have to take more time off! She went through everything with me after the appointment and was very polite and professional!
Service was good. Done on time, reasonable price.
Sheldon was a great help & kept me informed of when my car was finished its service appointment.
