Because of my previous experience with Kia Sherwood Park, I was very hesitant to bring my car back. The customer service manager, Tanya listened to my previous complaints and assured me that she would over see the service when I brought it in. And that she did. Tanya was amazing, she listened, she cared and she followed through. Customer service at its best. Thank you Tanya ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my car in for it's oil change and all that is included in a #2 service May 13. As always I was greeted immediately by Sheldon. He took excellent care of me in getting my car in, serviced and back to me in the exact time I was told it would take. He also gave me updates. I absolutely love the way I am taken care of at Kia Sherwood Park Service! There is no other place for me!
