I went into Sherwood Park Kia with my Red Kia Soul because I had a tire with a slow leak! They found a nail! I was out very fast and on the road again! I love going to my Kia, every one is so welcoming and friendly! I’ve become friends with everyone! My favorites are Tanya and Valerie!
Great welcome by service Advisor. Advisor went over items I was concerned about made notes according for service department. Received message when vehicle was ready. Explained what was done and checked. Car returned was washed. Thank you And service Advisor was very pleasant , professional check on my next service date. What a great service. Thank you Sheldon for taking me last minute when I needed to do oil change so bad. I called so many times they couldn’t do a thing for me then I call back around 3pm after work Sheldon took my call. Dropped my car off a little early,was greeted by Valeria.I was expecting the work to be about an hour and a half to two hours nice surprise Valerie calls me in an hour to say it's ready for pickup excellent

Great service just really expensive
I was in for an oil change which went well but I absolutely was not happy having to wait for 2 hours when I had an appointment for 9am and left at 11am
