I had warranty work done. Sheldon my advisor at Sherwoid Park that helped me process the car was very knowledgeable and kind I had my car back within an hour. It was a great experience, if I had any other repairs I would give him a call.

Great. They fitted me in when I couldn’t make the original time for my appointment ( for medical reasons). But. I was disappointed when I first phoned for an appointment. Left voice message. Did not get a call back for several days. I think it happened again when I phoned again. Phoned a third time ( specifically asked not to speak to the person (Lorna?) not calling me back. The heater in my Sportage stopped working this past winter. I can't quite remember the exact date but I brought it to my Kia dealership to get fixed. I got a call informing me a part needed to be replaced but it was on back-order so couldn't be done right away. However, the service department said they could do a "quick fix" until the part arrived.
