Made last minute arrangements to get car in while on a trip. Dealership was very accommodating and efficient in doing the required service. The new customer service representative was very friendly and understanding of our circumstances. He asked if there was anything else we might need and wished us well for the rest of our trip
Quick and easy, I have purchased 4 new vehicles online sight unseen through Ford dealers and this was by far the easiest, smoothest transaction I have had to date. Free delivery 4.5 hours away was also a surprise. Very pleased with the entire experience.
Great customer service but I wonder if I really needed the work done or if it was just a recommendation. Did I need the work done now or could it have been delayed… not sure and it was an expensive day. The service person was great and very accommodating.

I had warranty work done. Sheldon my advisor at Sherwoid Park that helped me process the car was very knowledgeable and kind I had my car back within an hour. It was a great experience, if I had any other repairs I would give him a call.
