Sheldon and Sherry were great at taking my car in and asking if there was any additional things I was concerned about. He made sure he stayed in contact with potential additional costs. Great customer service as always.
Fabulous staff, very communicative! They tell you everything you need to know from the start. Their hours are great too.
Great communication and patience (I had a misplaced wheel lock and they were still able to accommodate me) Assisted by Val (her name wasn’t listed)
Great service from great people as always, just had to wait for parts to come in before maintenance could be completed, have another appointment already scheduled for next week
Al Valani was persistent and very professional. He continually worked for weeks to find me the right vehicle.
Brought in to have heater fixed. Nothing wrong. So did a custom check. Very friendly
Fantastic as usual ! Valerie always treats me like an old Friend ! Explains everything & answers my Questions with no problem !! I don’t know who Sherry Lotzien is , so I’m sending this but ???
Sheldon was so nice, and kept me informed every step of the way! Very happy with everything. Would be 5 stars if you guys weren’t running behind schedule, it took a little longer than it should.
Service was completed promptly and Sheldon went over all the points of service. I left knowing my vehicle was in good repair.
