Service advisor, Laurie, was extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. Booking was easy and we always appreciate the service appointment reminder. Actual service work was done in a timely and efficient manner.
Attentive service personnel Service person Laurie at Sherwood Kia explained the service before proceeding, it was possibly a warranty service so she made it clear what would be covered under warranty and what wouldn't also how much it could cost if not covered. It ended up being covered! So yay for Kia's 5 year warranty period! Very pleased!
