The agent was very pleasant and went out of his way to see that I was completely satisfied. For got the gentleman name however he works in the service bay at Sherwood Kia , Sherwood Park Alberta
The tech was able to get a locked piece off of my tire wheel which was great I was also glad to get my vehicle checked and in doing so, was able to get my brake pads dealt with, which was very important. Valerie and the crew were very helpful.
