My car was on for a recall. Left it the night before and it snowed. The car was obviously brought in to do the work. Unfortunately, the car was then put back out on the 30 below temperatures without being cleared of remaining melted snow on the car. Results were I had to spend 15 minutes scraping windows in the 30 below temperatures when I picked it up. All I had with me at the time were my driving gloves. I almost froze my fingers, took at least 15 minutes to warm up my hands. Unusual circumstances but a little forethought ... read more
